Hi I am Emma Battersby and I am the Nursery Manager at our Rotherham nursery. I have worked in childcare for 15 years. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies and Education and hold the Early Years Professional Status qualification. Daisy Chain Childcare has presented me with many opportunities to further my career and personal skills. I enjoy working with children as it is a rewarding career and every day is a different challenge.
My role as manager in the Daisy Chain Rotherham nursery gives me the opportunity to work with lots of different families and children with different interests. I am particularly proud of the achievements of my staff team in achieving the Quality in Action accreditation which is a quality kite mark awarded by Rotherham Borough Council to nurseries with high quality services.
